The clinical DZHK-SOP-K-01 basic data set was transformed from the CodeBook of Basic Clinical Dataset of the Heart Failure Competence Network.
The Department of Medical Informatics at the University Medical Center Göttingen takes on the administration and storage of medical data (data storage) for the DZHK. The institute provides the secuTrial® system for this, in which electronic case report forms (eCRF) are mapped.
The DZHK provides SOPs for recording the cardiological parameters.
