The organizationally independent Trusted Third Party of the University Medical Center Greifswald acts as a data trustee and forms the bridge between study participants, researchers and project partners.
It manages and administers the personally identifying data (IDAT) and the informed consents (IC) that are generated within the framework of the DZHK Clinical Research Platform. For this purpose, the Trusted Third Party uses special software that has been specifically developed for medical research and complies with data protection regulations.
